Trickfish L112 Bass Cab: Lightweight 1×12 with Neodymium Speaker and Vintage Look

Trickfish Amplification L112 Angle

Earlier this year, Trickfish Amplification unveiled their L Series of lightweight bass cabinets. The lineup launched with three models and now the fourth is hitting the market. https://www.notreble.com/buzz/2025/05/13/trickfish-introduces-l-series-cabinets-lightweight-builds-full-ranged-tone/

The Trickfish L112 is the successor to the company’s TF112 cab and matches the “depth, punch and responsiveness” of the original while weighing just 29 pounds. It’s fitted with a 12-inch Neodymium speaker made by Lavoce as well as a high-frequency driver with an 80° conical horn. Where the rest of the L Series has three-way crossover switches, the L112 retains the rotary high-frequency attenuator found in the TF series. All in, the cab is rated at 400 Watts AES.

“With a classic vintage-style grille cloth and rugged sharkskin vinyl tolex, the L112 combines timeless aesthetics with road-ready durability,” says Trickfish. “It’s the perfect fusion of portability, performance, and versatility for today’s discerning player.”

The Trickfish L112 is shipping now with a price point of $1,079.
