Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner Announce 2026 “Double Trouble Double Vision” Tour

Jeff Pilson of Foreigner and Robbie Harrington of Lynyrd Skynyrd

Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner have teamed up to announce a 19-date co-headlining tour across North America. Scheduled for summer 2026, the outing has been dubbed the “Double Trouble Double Vision” in reference to each group’s hit songs.

Foreigner bassist Jeff Pilson says, “The energy the band has felt knowing we’ll be touring with Skynyrd this coming summer has been electric! Two bands with plenty of iconic songs, dueling guitars, double trouble and double vision are gonna set each and every stage on fire! No question this will be THE go-to event of the summer!”

Skynyrd vocalist Johnny Van Zant concurs. “I’m excited to share the stage with Foreigner and hear all their amazing hits! I’ve always been a fan, and I believe the audience will love this tour. Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner together — it doesn’t get much better than that. See y’all in 2026!”

The tour will kick off on July 23rd at the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Atlanta, Georgia. They will make their way north all the way to Toronto, Ontario in Canada before getting into the Midwest. Eventually, the party on wheels will conclude in Rogers, Arkansas, at the Walmart AMP.

Lynyrd Skynyrd recently had a roster change, welcoming bassist Robbie Harrington to the fold. He’s a seasoned player who has performed alongside Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Richie Sambora, and more. Harrington began his tenure with the band at the end of 2024.

“I’m looking forward to playing a lot of shows and just getting to help keep this legacy going forward. It’s an honor to be here,” he stated on the band’s Facebook page.

Jeff Pilson, who also played with Dokken and Dio back in the day, joined Foreigner in the summer of 2004. He’s been an integral part of the band ever since, contributing to every recording and tour since.

We caught Pilson on tour this past summer and got a complete rundown of his touring gear from legendary bass tech Terry Welty. Check out his well-loved basses in our Bass Breakdown:

They need to rename it.”The Poser” tour. No original members from either band. What a sham.
Another good name. “The Money Grab” tour…
