Michael League Leads Snarky Puppy on 2026 U.S. Tour Celebrating “Somni”

Snarky Puppy Somni Tour

Snarky Puppy has announced a U.S. leg of its world tour behind their latest album, Somni. The record marks the second collaborative effort with the world-renowned Metropole Orchestra.

Bassist and band leader Michael League will take the musical collective across the States, focusing on the West Coast before sweeping into the Midwest and heading south. As such, things kick off on September 29th in Seattle, Washington and will run through October 22nd at the Joy Theater in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Somni features some incredible soundscapes, including bass lines only League could dream up – literally. Check out “Only Here and Nowhere Else,” which explores the disorientation of waking from a vidi dream. After a swirl of color from the orchestra, League sets up the groove with a high-register bass line and a pair of tenths.
