I stumbled onto this performance from Lola Young and had to share it. Great song, great band, and the bass player absolutely stole my attention. They’re playing a Fender fretless semi hollow P Bass through an Ampeg rig, and the tone is ridiculous. Warm, vocal, and this guy was makes it sing.

I wish I knew who the bassist is because the playing is killer from start to finish. If anyone knows, let me know. Also, Lola Young has a huge voice. The kind that makes you stop whatever else you’re doing and pay attention. Between her delivery and that fretless bass tone, this performance hits hard. Definitely worth a few minutes of your day.
