Dave Schools Lines Up All-Star Band for Two Brooklyn Bowl Shows

Widespread Panic bassist Dave Schools has announced a pair of fall dates at the Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, New York. The shows, set for November 5th and 6th, are billed as “Dave Schools & Friends,” with the bassist’s friends being a killer lineup. He’ll be joined by Steve Kimock, Tom Hamilton, Jennifer Hartswick, Alex Koford, John Morgan Kimock, and Adam MacDougall.

They are sure to be special shows. Schools last performed with his own band last November in Charlotte, North Carolina. The show included a guest spot from Stephen Stills during the second set, so who knows what guests may be in Brooklyn.

Until then, Schools will be busy with Widespread Panic. The band has dates in September and October, many of which are already sold out. See below for the itinerary and check out Schools fronting the band on the bluesy “One Kind Favor”:
