In what seems to be a prog lover’s dream tour, King Crimson has unveiled the “Music Is Our Friend” tour. The outing will see the band accompanied by the California Guitar Trio for the first half of the tour and The Zappa Band for the second half.

Last year, the Foo Fighters were set to celebrate their 25th anniversary with a world tour. Obviously, that was canceled. Instead, they’re celebrating their 26th anniversary this year starting with a tour in July and August.

Tony Levin and the Levin Brothers are finally getting the chance to hit the road, after 14 months. The band is kicking off their “Vaccinating Rhythm Tour 2021”, followed by a busy schedule for Levin with his other projects.

Guns N’ Roses are getting back in the saddle this summer. The band has announced dates for their rescheduled North American tour, which will include Wolfgang Van Halen’s solo project, Mammoth WVH.

The Black Crowes will finally be getting to celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Shake Your Money Maker”. The band’s reunion tour will see the return of bassist Sven Pipien, who played with the band from 1997 until their hiatus in 2015.

Phish has rescheduled their 2020 tour to this year. In fact, the jam band heroes will have two outings this year with a summer and fall tour. Mike Gordon and the crew will be spending much of the tour with multi-night stays in cities across the U.S.

Dead & Company has unveiled a 2021 U.S. tour that will span the summer and fall. The Grateful Dead legacy band features bass great Oteil Burbridge. Burbridge is heading out on his own tour as well.

The Dead Daisies have been stuck inside long enough. With things opening back up, they’ve announced the “Get Out Of The House” tour. The outing will showcase the band’s new four-piece lineup featuring rock legend Glenn Hughes on bass and vocals.

Last year, Genesis announced a highly-anticipated reunion tour that would take the band across Ireland and the UK. It was ultimately rescheduled to this fall, but now the group has unveiled its first North American dates in 14 years.

Primus has once again announced dates for their “A Tribute To Kings” tour, which will feature Les Claypool and the band performing Rush’s “A Farewell to Kings”. The trek has been rescheduled several times, but Claypool says this time looks promising.

It’s finally happening! Mudvayne has announced that they’ll be performing this year after a 12-year hiatus. The band, anchored by bass monster Ryan Martinie, will be performing at four “Danny Wimmer Presents” festivals across the U.S.

Bassist Karina Rykman has announced a new spring tour with her band including drummer Chris Corsico and guitarist Adam November.
