Brad Murray Leaves The Bled

The BledShortly after the release of their fourth album, The Bled has confirmed that bassist Brad Murray has left the band. Heat Fetish, released earlier this year, has received positive reviews. Murray’s departure comes right at the beginning of their latest USA tour “The Rise” with In Fear and Faith, Of Mice and Men, and The Color Morale.

No statement has been officially released about the split, but The Bled have confirmed that Murray quit. The band is moving forward with bassist Shane Sheffer filling in from The Fade.

From The Bled’s Twitter page: “Shane Sheffer is fillin in on bass for this tour, he is the man. Learned 1/2 the set on a 4hr van ride. Saved the tour for us. Sweet!”

The Bled continues their tour through the USA until June 7th 2010 ending in California. More information on the band can be found at their Myspace page.
