Digitech has expanded their looping pedal lineup with introduction of the JamMan Express XT, a pared down pedal built for simplicity. The pedal sports one knob for adjusting the loop level with a footswitch for controlling the looping process.
Three colored LEDs display what mode you’re in – Record, Dub, or Play – which are toggled by stepping on the footswitch.
The device offers up to ten minutes of looping time, though there’s an undo function if you slip up.
The new looper has true stereo inputs and outputs as well as Digitech’s JamSync connectivity for hooking up to another Express XT or JamMan Solo XT for synchronizing your loops.
The Digitech JamMan Express XT features true bypass and runs on either a 9V battery or a power supply. It will be available in August with a street price of $99.99.
