Trace Elliot’s New Dual Band Compressor Pedal Brings TE-1200 Compression to Your Board

Trace Elliot has expanded their bass pedal lineup with Dual Band Compressor Pedal, a unit built for the studio and the stage. The unit puts the compression circuit from the TE-1200 bass amp into a pedalboard-friendly application.
As the name implies, the Dual Band Compressor offers consistency in dynamics in separate Hi and Lo bands. It has built-in make-up gain that is applied after the compression to maintain your original volume level. Input and Output controls let you set the overall gain coming in and out of the pedal.
“Having the individual controls makes this pedal adaptable to all types of signal and line level scenarios,” Trace Elliot writes. “And with its true bypass operation, this pedal integrates seamlessly into any signal chain.”
Other features include 1/4-inch input and outputs, black domed knobs, and a bipolar 18-volt internal supply that is achieved from any standard 9VDC power supply or battery.
The Trace Elliot Dual Band Compressor Pedal is available now for $199.99.
