Watch Geezer Butler Play “War Pigs” with Jack Black in Newly Released Footage

We covered Geezer Butler’s appearance with Jack Black’s Jack Sabbath at Power to the People festival earlier this month. Now the official performance video has been released, giving us another look at the Black Sabbath legend playing one of the band’s most iconic songs.

Jack Black was joined by a group of young musicians, including Roman Morello on guitar, Revel Ian on bass, Yoyoka Soma on drums, and Hugo Weiss on keyboards.

After opening with “Mr. Crowley” and “The Wizard,” the group welcomed Butler for the finale, “War Pigs.” Geezer took over the bass duties with his bright yellow sparkle Lakland, bringing his unmistakable sound to the Sabbath classic alongside the next generation of rock musicians.
