Dave Holland releases new Archive Series of albums
Dave Holland is helping celebrate his new web site by releasing the beginning of a new set of live performances, called the Archive Series. The best part is that the Archive Series Vol. 1: The Dave Holland Quintet ‘07 is on sale for only $1 through today.
The album is a previously unreleased concert recording from a 2007 European tour date, featuring the DHQ getting down on four tracks. The Dave Holland Quintet members on this album include Robin Eubanks on trombone, Steve Nelson on vibes, Chris Potter on sax, and Nate Smith on drums.
The sale is $1 for 320 KPBS MP3 download, or $3 for Lossless audio (FLAC, Apple Lossless, AIFF). The entire album is also available in the audio player on his site for your previewing and listening pleasure.
