Vuk & Nenad Vasilic: Mr. A.B.
There are a lot of reasons I love this video. First, it has both electric and double basses. Second, there are only basses. Third, it’s a father and son duo.
Nenad Vasilic sent us this clip he made with his son, Vuk, of the song “Mr. A.B.” that was premiered as part of the Austrian Cultural Forum Digital Concert. The elder Vasilic doubles the intro and hangs out on the groove while Vuk takes the melody and delivers a great solo. By the end, they’re doubling the lines again on the melody.
