Michael Manson Opens Musical Arts Institute
Michael Manson, a Grammy nominated R&B bassist who regularly tours with George Duke, has recently opened the Musical Arts Institute in Chicago, Illinois.
The Institute, which is a “non-profit, community-minded organization,” is a center dedicated to music instruction and performance. The school has several music programs fit for both children and adults from all walks of life. Besides bass, private lessons are available for voice, piano, string, percussion, wind, and brass instruments.
Manson, who is the Executive Director for the Institute, said, “It is our desire to help each student discover their highest potential that is unique to their abilities and goals. Whether you are an adult wanting to learn to play the piano for the first time or an accomplished musician on the competitive scene, we have a class that is just right for you.”
