Fender Launches MonoNeon Signature Jazz Bass V

Fender has teamed up with the ever-funky MonoNeon to introduce a signature five-string model for the bassist. The MonoNeon Jazz Bass V follows his aesthetic with a neon yellow and orange finish while capturing his tone with a pair of custom-wound Fireball humbuckers and an 18-volt active preamp.
The bass is built with an alder body, one-piece roasted maple neck, and a roasted maple fingerboard that features a 10”-14” compound radius and white pearl block inlays. Hardware includes a Fender HiMass string-through/top-load bridge and standard open-gear tuners.
Fender adds extra Flair by shipping the bass with a MonoNeon sticker pack and a pair of custom headstock socks.
Hear it in action in the hands of MonoNeon himself:
The Fender MonoNeon Jazz Bass V is out now with a price point of $1,549.

Bolt on neck? Only 22 frets?! Over $1500??!! Uh NO!
Sounds so different in that live recording through his EBS rig. The DI fender is using is really bright. Cool bass though, I dig it!
