Fender Announces Rock & Roar Giveaway

As a part of the promotion of the new Green Day: Rock Band video game, Fender has announced the Rock & Roar Giveaway. The grand-prize winner receives an autographed Squier by Fender Mike Dirnt Precision Bass Gutar, a Fender Rumble 15 combo amp, and a copy of the new Green Day: Rock Band game. Five runner-ups will also win the video game.

Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt calls his signature model “a monster.”

“This is the loudest bass I own and it’s a Squier P Bass, and that says something,” he says. “One of the things about the Squier pickups in this model bass is that I said to Fender, ‘You’ve got to make them roar,’ and they do.”

The giveaway simply requires signing up on the Fender Rock & Roar Giveaway page. All entries must be received by July 12.
