Schecter Introduces Dale Stewart Avenger Bass

Seether bassist Dale Stewart’s Signature Avenger Bass was released by Schecter this year at NAMM. Sporting a black finish, the bass features a contoured mahogany body, 3-piece maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and a reverse headstock. The bass has creme binding on the neck and headstock while the fingerboard is adorned with tribal bug inlays and a dragon inlay at the 12th fret.

Also finished in black, the bass’s hardware includes Grover mini-tuners and a Hipshot bridge. The pickups are a pair of EMG-35hz’s matched with an active EMG 2-band EQ.

  1. nice bass but infairness should only cost 750 dollars at the most possibly 850, 1200 is just too much for a bass with them specs.

  2. I gotta agree with David.. you could get a decent used Neck thru Warwick for the same money. I like the inlays.

    so I just thought it would be like an Avenged Sevenfold bass.

  5. If it’s an Avenger shouldn’t it look more like Iron Man or Capt America?

  6. why is it his is 1,200 but when I try to make a simple built bass with that body, it costs 2500 just for the body?

  7. I love the Teisco retro body shape……..but fix the headstock. I have never like the tuners on the bottom.
