Beardfish: The Hunter
Our Facebook friend Samwise Fair suggested we check out the song “The Hunter” by Swedish progressive rock band Beardfish.
The tune features a bubbling and driving bass line from Robert Hansen, who lays down the low end on a J-Bass.
He also has some fancy footwork that only a bassist could do.
In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more. He's a gigging bassist performing jazz in Northern Virginia and bluegrass with The Plate Scrapers up and down the East Coast.
