Mono Cases Slims Down with Bass Sleeve Gig Bag

Mono Cases Bass Sleeve Gig Bag - all angles

“Being a musician requires traveling with a lot of gear, but sometimes we want to downsize and travel lighter,” says Mono Cases CEO Daniel Kushner. And that’s the idea behind the company’s latest offering called the Bass Sleeve.

The minimalist design gig bag is a slimmed down version of the Mono’s Vertigo Hybird case and is built around the same concepts. The Bass Sleeve is top-loading for quick access. For protection, it has a variation of the company’s Headlock neck suspension system to protect the neck and headstock from impact as well as the EVA insole for strap-pin protection.

The Bass Sleeve has a messenger bag style pouch with a smaller interior mesh pocket for storing smaller items. Other features include a water resistant shell, riveted handle, a custom steel buckle, and double steel zippers.

Mono Case’s Bass Sleeve is available for pre-order with a direct price of $160. It comes in Black and Ash colors, which will start shipping on September 10th.

  1. iGiG G315 gig bag is only $125 and is almost the exact same thing

    • Maybe but mister IGIG is unable to ship worldwide, he only knows US, ask Bass Direct UK, one of the biggest bass online shop in Europe (maybe the biggest one !!). And you must wait a looong time before he says it’s finally not available. Miko is not a serious guy to deal with, and he can come here if he’s not happy, he already knows what I think about him and his business model.

http://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/IGIG_Bags.html out of stock since 2 years !! you have to pay a huge shipping charge to get one, and you are not sure to get one soon, so… no thanks.
