“The tone woods for the German Pro Series are naturally air dried, hand selected, and glued at Warwick in Markneukirchen, also the necks, and the complete fret work is manufactured there, too,” the company stated in a press release. “Then all instruments are finished and assembled by partner nearby in the region. After completion, all Warwick German Pro Series instruments are carefully inspected, flawlessly set up and shipped out from the Markneukirchen production facility.”

The German Pro Series includes variations on Warwick’s Corvette, Streamer, Thumb, and StarBass models. The German Pro Series Corvette will be available in 4, 5, and 6-string versions with either a U.S. swamp ash or bubinga body, ovangkol neck, and wenge fretboard. I work for a Warwick Elite dealer and the prices they released for these originally were very expensive. Glad to see they dropped them down a bit. Also you will have the option in some models of US Cherry Wood as the body too. I would love to get a sample to try out but they are more of a buy it and find out company hehe.
