Steve Harris and British Lion: Eyes of the Young, Live

Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris is getting ready to take his solo project British Lion out on the road for a month-long tour of the UK. For a teaser of what’s to come, the bass legend posted this live clip of “Eyes of the Young” from his 2012 album.

Harris brings his signature snarling tone and driving bass lines to the song to give it the bite like only he can.

The video is available for download from the British Lion Website.

This is sooo good. A metal bassist showing his growth and maturity (plenty of melody in this one). Good job Steve Harris!!

  2. Doc.Hoc.

I really enjoyed that , the shine on the metal pick guard is nice.

  3. Steve’s British Lion isn’t really to my taste but glad to see Steve’s enjoying playing even the smaller venues and fans get to see him perform up close and personal like back in early Maiden days.
