Whose Hat Is This? Announces East Coast Tour
Earlier this year, Tim Lefebvre and his rhythm section mates from the Tedeschi Trucks Band blew us away with an inspired free improv performance live in Washington, D.C. Whose Hat Is This?, which is filled out by saxophonist Kebbi Williams (Outkast), and drummers JJ Johnson (John Mayer) and Tyler “Falcon” Greenwell (Col. Bruce Hampton), went on to release an equally astounding album in April. Now they’re headed out for their first tour.
The Scorch Your Shorts Tour will be starting out in New York City on December 4th before heading down the coast with stops in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Raleigh, and Charleston. They wrap up the trek in Roswell, Georgia outside of Atlanta on December 9th.
As if the music isn’t cool enough, the tour was booked with assistance from Craft for Causes, which is “a non-profit organization that partners the live music industry with the craft brewery community to create profitable and memorable charitable experiences.”
