Stanley Clarke Band Announces Extensive September/October Tour Dates

After releasing his new album, The Message, earlier this year, Stanley Clarke is taking his band on the road for a jam-packed couple of months. The Stanley Clarke Band will kick September off at the Rimouski International Jazz Festival in Quebec before heading back the U.S. to cover the East Coast. After a six-night residency at the Blue Note in New York City, they will continue south to Texas, west to California, and back east to wrap up October in Louisville, Kentucky.

Clarke’s band will feature the same lineup as is featured on The Message with Cameron Graves on keyboards, Beka Gochiashivili on piano, and Mike Mitchell on drums. “The guys in this band are consummate young musicians with musical spirits that are very old,” the veteran bassist says.
