Geddy Lee Teams with Alex Lifeson for Fundraising Wine Tour

Now that Geddy Lee has some more free time, he’s certainly using it wisely. After announcing a new book for this year, he’s also teaming up with his Rush bandmate Alex Lifeson again for “Grapes Under Pressure lV: Geddy and Alex’s Excellent Harvest Adventure.” The event is a wine tour hosted by Grapes for Humanity to raise funds to benefit humanitarian causes around the world.
“Geddy and Alex will welcome you aboard private train number ‘2112’ from Toronto’s Union Station as we enjoy breakfast en route to Niagara Wine Region and the beautiful and expansive Peller Estate Vineyards,” Grapes for Humanity writes. After picking grapes and tasting wines, participants will also enjoy lunch at the vineyard.
This is the fourth “not so annual” event featuring Lee and Lifeson. The event will be held October 13th departing from Union Station in Toronto. It’s an exclusive event that will be limited to 150 people with single ticket prices starting at $1,500. More info can be found at CanadaHelps.org.
