Acoustic Amplification Adds B300C and B600C to Bass Combo Lineup
Acoustic Amplification has unveiled two new models with their C-Series: the B300C and the B600C bass combo amplifiers. Both models are built with class-D power sections for strong output power while maintaining a reasonable weight.
The 300-watt B300C is fitted with a 15-inch ferrite speaker matched with a piezo horn tweeter, while the B600C bumps things up to 600 watts with two 10-inch drivers and a tweeter. Each combo can also be used to drive additional external cabinets for expanding your rig.

“For tone shaping, the B300C offers a five-band EQ, a convenient Shape switch with a variable notch filter to dial in those important midrange tones, and a Blendable Overdrive circuit that allows the player to mix clean and overdriven signals,” Acoustic writes. “The result is maximum flexibility of tonal options that work for a wide range of styles and genres. The B600C offers identical features but with a six-band Graphic EQ plus Hi and Low EQ controls for precise tone shaping.”
Other features include the Acousti-Comp switchable compression, Super-Hi and Super-Low EQ boost switches, XLR outputs, headphone outputs, auxiliary inputs, and more. The Acoustic B300C is available for $449.99 and the Acoustic B600C for $549.99.

I bought a bn600. Loved the tone and the weight. But 5 amps later. They kept going out on me. Guitar center exchanged it 5 times. I dont play loud. I finally got something different. I hope the new models are made better.
