GR Bass Announces the Dual800 and Dual1400 Bass Amps

GR Bass Dual800 Bass Amp front and back

GR Bass has expanded their line of bass amps with the Dual800 and the Dual1400. The new lightweight amps, which are rated at 800 watts and 1,400 watts respectively, are based around a two-channel system.

“The new Dual series features two separate channels, one of which is completed by a professional overdrive for a range of slight saturation to massive distortion,” GR Bass says. “Each channel is provided with a 4 band EQ with 6 selectable frequencies on the mid controls, plus deep and bright filters. The GR Bass DUAL offers the possibility to connect two instruments (two basses or one bass and keyboard, etc.) but also the option of using one instrument with the possibility of switching between two equalization settings or combining them.”

The overdrive circuit has Low Filter, Drive, Blend, and Drive Mod controls. Each amp also has two DI outputs so you can send separate signals even when using only one instrument. Other features include dual Speakon combi-jacks, an onboard tuner, line output level controls, a headphone output with level control, an effects loop, and a 9-volt supply for pedals.

The GR Bass Dual800 & Dual1400 are available now for $999 and $1,249.
