Katharine McPhee: It’s Not Right
Often we think of Rhonda Smith for her work with his royal badness Prince and jazz/rock pioneer Jeff Beck, but she’s worked with tons of artists. Recently she shared this clip of herself performing with pop singer Katherine McPhee, saying “Loved this album…killer singer!”
The video is taken from a live Sessions@AOL performance and you can tell Smith is really into it. Her playing is right in the pocket with a few subtle fills to put her stamp on the music.
