Scott Mulvahill Releases “Creative Potential” EP
Bassist and singer/songwriter Scott Mulvahill has released a new five-song EP called Creative Potential. Similar to his last full-length, Himalayas, the infectious songs are the perfect mix of catchy and thoughtful.
“I hope it’s as fun for you to listen to as it was for me to make,” he wrote on Facebook. “These songs have a bounce and a life all their own. When I went into the studio last year, I really wanted to hear my style with some strong grooves at the heart of it – the upright bass would be forward but in a web of interesting, intricate parts with a lot of personality. My friend and producer-whiz John Fields really made that happen. I love love love how these turned out and I’m so ready for you to hear them.”
