The Stick Men Release Limited Edition EP, Tour Dates
The Stick Men have just released a limited edition EP, marking the trio’s first new music in six years. Tentacles features Tony Levin on the Chapman Stick, a Touch Guitars U10 and vocoder as well as Pat Mastelotto on drums and Markus Reuter on Touch Guitar.
The five-song collection runs 30 minutes, but that’s plenty of time for the band to dig in.
“Jam packed with musicality, its grooves and high energy are truly infectious,” the album description states. “You won’t hear this kind of music from any other band!” Levin shared some insight to the music on his Facebook page.
“Finished recording the new StickMen release, now practicing to play the pieces live – a whole different story. Looking at the simplified chart I’ve made for myself for ‘Danger in the Workplace’ I thought I might share it. Quite a selection of key centers.
