Peter Gabriel Unveils North American Tour Dates with Tony Levin on Bass

Peter Gabriel with Tony Levin

After unveiling extensive European dates earlier this year, Peter Gabriel has announced the first round of North American shows for 2023. Gabriel and his band, featuring Tony Levin, will begin in Canada with a concert in Quebec City on September 8th. They’ll eventually work their way down to the U.S. before jumping across the continent to Vancouver, British Columbia, and then heading down to California.

The outing will mark his first tour in seven years, and he will have a set list of new songs from his upcoming album, I/O. Levin is also on the record, which you can get a tease of with the track “Panopticom”:

I loved Peter Gabriel’s “So” album when it came out. I’ve regretted never having seen him live, but have always said that I would spare no expense if I had the opportunity to. I have honored that commitment by purchasing two of the most expensive “face value” tickets in my life to see him at Madison Square Garden in September. No regrets.
