Sting Brings “My Songs World Tour” To North America This Fall

Sting: My Songs World Tour

After taking it everywhere, from United Arab Emirates to Singapore, Sting has announced his “My Songs World Tour” will be hitting North America this September and October. The famed bassist and songwriter will be performing songs from his catalog with The Police and as a solo artist, including “Fields of Gold,” “Roxanne,” “Englishman In New York,” “Message In A Bottle,” and more. He will be joined by an electric rock band, including his son Joe Sumner.

The tour begins in the Northeast in Toronto, Ontario, before sweeping down south and across to the West Coast. After a handful of dates in California, it will cut across the Southwest and end on October 15th in Houston, Texas.

The My Songs World Tour is based on his 2019 album, My Songs, which put his music into “modernized recordings, faithful to the original arrangements.”

“My Songs is my life in songs. Some of them reconstructed, some of them refitted, some of them reframed, but all of them with a contemporary focus,” Sting said.
