Jenny Lewis (with Ryan Madora): Psychos (Jimmy Kimmel Live! Performance)

Years ago, I met Ryan Madora at Gerald Veasley’s Bass Bootcamp. I was instantly impressed. Ryan was a walking music encylopedia and an outstanding bassist.

It didn’t take long for me to ask her if she would like to be a contributor here on No Treble.

Each year, Ryan set new goals, and hit them. She moved to Nashville to make her mark, published a book, recorded with Robben Ford and her own band, wrote many columns and lessons here, and so much more.

Last week, Ryan appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with Jenny Lewis, performing Lewis’s #1 hit, “Psychos.” In that performance, I learned Ryan can also nail the background vocals.

We’re lucky to have Ryan in the No Treble family.
