NEE Jam: Walking on the Moon

I discovered this “NEE Jam” video today, and I was blown away. The performance is great, as is the story behind it.

“The NEE Jam isn’t an open mic, it’s a curated live music experience featuring the HOTTEST house band in New England. Choose a song from the song menu, sign up for a slot and when you’re called up you can join the house band on stage. If you’d like a play a song that isn’t on our song menu feel free to ask the band, they might give it a shot,” North End Entertainment shared.

In this clip, the band performs a very cool take on The Police’s “Walking on the Moon.”

The band includes Chris Vaillancourt on guitar and keys, Brendan Keogh on bass and guitar, Chase Ceglie on sax and keys, Tim Lee on drums, and John Gilleese on keyboards.
