The Warning’s Alejandra Villarreal Vélez Brings Thunderous Bass Groove to Headlining US Tour

The Warning

The Warning is a rock trio from Monterrey, Mexico, composed of three sisters: Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra Villarreal Vélez. After gaining notoriety for their huge riffs and stage presence, the group has announced a new headline tour in the U.S.

The “Keep Me Fed” tour will support their latest album of the same name. Bassist Alejandra lays down heavy grooves with a snarling bass tone for extra grit. Our friend Michael Hannah first brought the band to our attention, describing Alejandra as “an old school bassist that has incredible pocket, time, and a knack for always delivering exactly what a song needs.” We couldn’t have said it better.

Check out the trio playing the song “Hell You Call A Dream” live from Times Square:

Ahead of their headlining run, they’ll be supporting Halsey during May. See below for full tour dates.

Your readers might enjoy seeing young Ale playing Muse covers, Jaco riffs, and others. The Warning’s YouTube channel has everything these girls have done since grade school.

Alejandra is truly worthy of your article, very talented young lady, so TY. I believe she became the youngest Spector bass artist at 15 yo. Her signature Spector bass is called Ale’s Inferno
