Oasis Bassist Andy Bell Confirms 2025 Reunion Role: “I’m In and Looking Forward to It”

The upcoming Oasis tour is one of the most anticipated musical events of the decade, but in typical fashion for the dynamic brother duo of Liam and Noel Gallagher, there’s still a shroud of mystery over the reunion. One big question is who will be in the band. After rumors and speculation from last year, we now know at least one member alongside the Gallaghers.

Bassist Andy Bell has confirmed he is rejoining the fold in an interview with the Austrian newspaper Oe24.

“Yes, I’m in and I’m really looking forward to it,” he said. “We’ll see each other on tour. Or rather, you’ll see me, because I’ll hardly be able to spot you in the audience!”

Bell was a member of Oasis starting in 1999 following the departure of founding member Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan. He recorded three albums with the band – Heathen Chemistry, Don’t Believe the Truth, and Dig Out Your Soul – before the band broke up in 2009. Aside from performing, he wrote several songs for the band including “A Quick Peep”, “Turn Up The Sun”, “Keep the Dream Alive”, and “The Nature of Reality”.

The Oasis “Live ’25” Tour is set to run July 4th through August 17th in the UK and Ireland before coming to North America, Asia, and South America. The last time both Liam and Noel performed together was August 22nd, 2009. They’ve already stated that this tour will be the end of the band and that there will be no new music from Oasis. According to the Oasis website, every concert on the stadium tour is already sold out.
