Robert Trujillo Drops a Heavy, Unrelenting Bass Hammer with Metallica in Melbourne’s “Seek & Destroy”
Metallica has been on a roll lately and they keep pushing out live footage from the M72 shows. The newest one is Seek and Destroy from the November 8 Melbourne date, and it is a fun watch.
Rob Trujillo is doing what he does best with aggressive in your face grooves. He is working that gold reflective five string Warwick and it looks wild under the stadium lights. The tone is thick and mean and he settles into the line with a confidence that makes the whole moment feel even bigger.
It is great to see the band putting out so much live material right now. If they keep this pace up we are all going to be swimming in new clips before long.
