Brady Watt Reunites with Gary Clark Jr. for Bass & Bars Episode 88
Brady Watt is back with another installment of his Bass & Bars series and this time he’s joined by blues guitarist and singer Gary Clark Jr.
The two musicians have some history together. Watt opened for Clark on dates during his 2023 tour and in June 2024, he joined Clark’s band onstage at Radio City Music Hall for a performance of “Funk Witch U”.
Since launching Bass & Bars in 2019, Watt has brought together an impressive roster of artists for stripped-down performances built around his bass playing. The series has featured everyone from Warren G and Talib Kweli to Xzibit and Havoc.
Episode 88 brings Clark’s blues and soul influences into the mix, reuniting two musicians who have already shared some memorable moments onstage.
