Silvertone Guitars to Reissue 1444 Bass
A piece of history is coming back to life as Silvertone Guitars has announced a reissue of the 1444 Bass. The model was the very first four-string electric bass offered by Sears in 1959 and was produced for seven years before being discontinued.

No Treble reader Vladimir Samardžic sent us this stunningly beautiful video he recorded with vocalist Amira Medunjanin. Vladimir said this is an “old ballad tune ‘Svirajte mi tiho, tiše’,” which means “Play for me, quietly, more quietly.” Vladimir’s work to support the duo is quite impressive, as is his solo.
