Earlier this year, Jackson Guitars and David Ellefson introduced the X Series Signature David Ellefson 30th Anniversary Concert Bass CBX V. Now they’re following it up with a four-string version, dubbed the CBX IV.

Eastwood Guitars has unveiled the mandolin-inspired MRG Studio Series, which includes the new MRG Bass. The four-string bass features a short 30.5-inch scale and a mandolin-shaped semi-hollow body.
