The Dead Daisies have unveiled a new set of U.S. tour dates for September that will see them performing from coast to coast. The band, anchored and fronted by Glenn Hughes, also dropped a new single from their upcoming album.

Judas Priest has unveiled the second leg of their “50 Heavy Metal Years” tour. It will be a continued celebration for the band, which was just inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

The somewhat unlikely yet unbelievably perfect duo of Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have announced a new round of U.S. tour dates for the fall. They will be joined by by bassist Dennis Crouch.

Violent Femmes have unveiled a new set of tour dates for the fall that will focus on the Midwest and East Coast. The band, featuring the acoustic bass stylings of Brian Ritchie, will kick things off on October 2nd.

Esperanza Spalding has announced a set of tour dates for July that will see her collaborating with choreographer, dancer, and director Antonio Brown. Spread across the U.S., the concerts will pull from the last few of her albums.

Punk bass icon Mike Watt will be heading to Europe as the third member of Flipper for their “’Till the Wheels Fall Off Tour.” He will be playing bass as well as singing with founding members Stephen DePace and Ted Falconi.

Tony Levin recently wrapped up a tour with The Stick Men, and now he’s heading back out on the road with his brother Pete with their band The Levin Brothers. The bassist and pianist will be joined by Aly Ryerson on flute and Jeff Siegel on drums.

Freekbass has announced the second leg of his Funk The World Tour with his band The Bump Assembly, featuring Sammi Garrett. The modern funk outfit will also be welcoming Craig Brodhead on selected dates.

Guitar guru Oz Noy has announced a summer tour, and it will be just as exciting for rhythm section players as guitarists. Noy will be joined by drummer Dennis Chambers and bassist Jimmy Haslip on the outing.

The Smashing Pumpkins and Jane’s Addiction have teamed up for the Spirits on Fire tour, which will see the bands covering North America over October and November. For each group, it will be their first outing in some years.

Last year, it was announced that Thundercat would be touring this summer in support of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now the bass phenom has unveiled a set of headlining concerts alongside the stadium tour.

This year will be the last time to get “tin roof rusted” as The B-52s have announced a tour billed as their “final tour ever of planet Earth.” The band, with Tracy Wormworth, will say goodbye over 15 tour dates this fall.
