Les Claypool and Sean Lennon kicked off their latest tour with a special treat for fans – and for Claypool. Geddy Lee joined The Delirium onstage in Toronto for their rendition of Sean Lennon’s dad’s, “Tomorrow Never Knows.”

YYNOT is keeping busy, from recording to touring. Here’s a great clip from their recent show at The Sherman Theater in Pennsylvania, where they take on Rush’s “By-Tor and the Snow Dog” (and more). As always, Tim Starace and the band are bringing it!

Michael Manring’s “Selene” is a musical masterpiece. So it was a thrill to discover this clip of Michael performing it live at the 2011 Canadian Guitar Festival.

Time for some classic soul on this lazy, rainy Sunday. Here’s a great clip of Bill Withers and his band performing “Use Me” in 1972. Melvin Dunlap is laying back and laying it down.

We’re in for a treat today with a longer video than normal. Khruangbin took the stage at Best Kept Secret last year for a set, which included 11 tunes. Laura Lee is laying down some tasty bass work on this one.

We always dig the videos from Leonid & Friends, and their excellent covers of Chicago tunes. This time around they’re going deeper into the Chicago catalog with their performance of the tunes “Hanky Panky” and “Life Saver”, which both appeared on “Chicago VII.”

Over the years, we’ve heard different versions of Adam Ben Ezra’s terrific tune, “Can’t Stop Running.” Now we get to enjoy a new one, thanks to his collaboration with Isaac Dabom.

The Fearless Flyers are back with some exciting news! Joe Dart and the guys are about to release their second album, “The Fearless Flyers II.” Here’s the first video from the album with the opening track, “Flyers Direct.”

Here’s an excellent clip from Bass Day 98 showcasing Rocco Prestia on the tunes “Oakland Stroke” and “What is Hip.” Is there a tighter rhythm section than Rocco and David Garibaldi?

Jonathan Joly sent us the latest from his duo with vocalist Leah Gracie, who recently performed the song “In My Head” live. As always, the duo known as What a Day offers up some amazing music with some interesting instrumentation.
