Nate Smith dropped another video from his performance at the Montreal International Jazz Festival on July 2nd, and this one is killer. “Unfollower” starts with some gnarly bass by Michael League before the band kicks into a world-class groove.

Marcus Miller is definitely on the Mount Rushmore of bass players, and his arrangements are always something fresh. That is on full display in this clip. Playing the classic Miles Davis tune “Tutu,” Marcus put on yet another masterclass!
