Planet Waves Introduces NS Mini-Headstock Tuner

Planet Waves NS Mini-Headstock TunerPlanet Waves has released the NS Mini-Headstock Tuner, designed in cooperation with Ned Steinberger. The discrete tuner has a ratcheting clip to fit to your headstock and a 360 degree swivel for easy adjustments.

Instead of a microphone or cables, the NS Mini Tuner utilizes a piezo transducer to detect pitch and displays the reading on a multi-color display. Red means you’re out of tune, green means you’re in tune.

The device runs on a CR2032 battery, and shuts off automatically after 10 minutes of use to preserve battery life.

The NS Mini Headstock Tuner is available now with a street price of $14.37.
