Khruangbin’s “Pon Pón” Video Reflects a Return to Form on “A La Sala”

Yesterday, Khruangbin premiered the official video for their latest single, “Pon Pón,” from their new album, A La Sala. This release reflects the band’s return to their minimalist, groove-heavy roots.

“Pon Pón” is the latest official video they’ve dropped for a single from the album, the band’s fourth studio album.

“‘A La Sala,’ I used to scream it around my house when I was a little girl, to get everybody in the living room; to get my family together,” bassist Laura Lee shared. “That’s kind of what recording the new album felt like. Emotionally there was a desire to get back to square-one between the three of us – to where we came from in sonics and in feeling.”
