KNOWER: Overtime
KNOWER has returned with a new live band version of their track “Overtime”, and it’s a killer. The duo of Louis Cole and Genevieve Artadi are joined by keyboardist Rai Thistlethwayte, saxophonist Sam Gendel, and bassist Sam Wilkes.
Wilkes (who No Treble readers may remember from the Scary Pockets version of Creep) is an absolute beast in the clip. He lays down a frenzied, synthy bass line with some burning fills.
In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more. He's a gigging bassist performing jazz in Northern Virginia and bluegrass with The Plate Scrapers up and down the East Coast.
