1. Fender Unveils the American Ultra Series Basses
After teasing it for several days, Fender has unveiled the American Ultra Series, which they call their “most advanced” line of basses. The series is defined by new Ultra Noiseless Vintage pickups, newly-designed body contours, and faster playing necks.
2. Eastwood Guitars Unveils the Rivolta Combinata Bass VII
Eastwood Guitars is expanding its Rivolta line with its first bass guitar, called the Combinata Bass VII. Designed by Dennis Fano, it is based on the same body shape as their six-string Combinata.

Dan Lakin has launched a new line of basses with his company, D. Lakin Basses. Lakin, who founded Lakland Basses, offers one-on-one consultation for every bass that’s made.
4. G&L Unveils the Fallout Bass Launch Edition
G&L Guitars has unveiled a new short-scale four-string called the Fallout Bass Launch Edition. The 30-inch scale instrument comes in three colors – British Racing Green, Miami Blue, and Racing Yellow – each with competition stripes.
5. Darkglass Electronics Unveils the Limited Edition Alpha•Omega 900 “Centurion” Bass Amp
Darkglass Electronics has expanded its limited-edition line of amps with the Alpha·Omega 900 “Centurion”. The new model houses their Alpha·Omega 900 in a red chassis with laser-etched artwork by Ignacio Bazán.
6. Fodera Unveils New Masterbuilt Bass, The Crescent
So far, Fodera’s Masterbuilt series has used their existing bass shapes as a canvas for ornamental design. The latest in the line changes that. The Masterbuilt Crescent is inspired by the company’s AJ Presentation Hybrid but with some drastic changes.
7. Tech 21 Unveils the PSA 2.0 Programmable Pedal
Tech 21 is continuing to celebrate its 30th anniversary with the release of the PSA 2.0, which builds upon the original PSA-1 rackmount. Useful for nearly any instrument, the unit has been reimagined into a floor unit.

10. Bergantino Announces the HG312 Bass Cabinet
Bergantino Audio Systems has expanded its Holographic (HG) series with a new cabinet called the HG312. Weighing in at 49 pounds, the 750-watt bass cab features a sealed design with three 12-inch neodymium magnet woofers and a compression driver.
