Kyle Eastwood Announces Tour Dates

Kyle EastwoodJazz bassist Kyle Eastwood has announced a tour of select U.S. cities for November, starting at the Blue Note in New York City and finishing up at the Paso Robles Film Festival in Paso Robles, California.

Eastwood will be playing a variety of tunes, including songs from his latest release, Metropolitain.

Along for the ride will be the rest of his quintet, featuring Jim Rotundi on trumpet, Jason Rigby on sax, Rick Germanson on keys, and Joe Strasser on drums.

Eastwood, who is the son of actor/director Clint Eastwood, is as much an accomplished composer as he is bassist, having contributed to the scores of several of his father’s films, including Million Dollar Baby, Flags of our Fathers, and Invictus. In fact, he studied film before realizing his true passion of jazz and released his debut album, From There to Here.
