EBS Unveils Reidmar 250 Bass Amp and Session 120 Combo

EBS has unveiled two new products to their lineup: the Reidmar 250 bass amp and the Classic Session 120 Combo. Both are scheduled to hit the market in Sweden in November, with a worldwide release set closer to the Winter NAMM show, in January, 2012.

Reidmar 250

The Reidmar 250 is EBS’s first foray into the world of lightweight amps, weighing in at 7.1 pounds while pumping out 250 watts at 4 ohms. Described as “full-bodied, warm and transparent,” the amp includes many of the company’s tone-shaping effects, including a built-in compressor, Character Filter and 4-band EQ. For connectivity, the amp includes a line out, a balanced XLR output with ground lift and pre/post EQ switches, an effects loop and a headphones out.

EBS Classic Session 120 ComboThe EBS Classic Session 120 Combo is a beefed up version of the Session 60, providing 120 watts with a characteristic tone similar to their Classic 450 Bass head. The tilt-back design makes it fit for either an on-stage monitor or for rehearsal situations. Features include the Character Filter, 4-band EQ, Aux-input, a balanced XLR output, and headphones out.
