Wooten Brothers Announce December Tour

Wooten Brothers

The virtuosic Wooten Brothers have announced an 11-date East Coast tour for December. Kicking off at the Choo Choo Campus in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the band will work their way up from Georgia all the way to New Hampshire over eleven days.

The children of military parents, the Wootens started a band at a young age, with bassist Victor Wooten first performing with his brothers at just six years old. Each of the brothers went on to have successful musical careers: percussionist Roy “Futureman” Wooten is a founding member of the Flecktones, keyboardist Joseph Wooten plays for the Steve Miller Band, guitarist Regi Wooten is a world-renowned teacher and Victor is often cited as one of the world’s best bassists.

This tour will be the family’s first outing since their fifth brother, saxophonist Rudy, passed away a few years ago.
