Sandberg Introduces Electra M-4 Bass
Sandberg has added the new M-4 model to the Electra series of basses. This latest addition joins the previous models to round out the three most common classic bass styles with a single humbucker with a 2-band EQ. Sandberg says this configuration gives it a modern rock tone.
Similar to the rest of the line, the bass is designed, assembled and set up at Sandberg’s German facility after the wood, routing and varnish work is done in Korea. It’s created with a basswood body, Canadian Maple neck, and rosewood fretboard that holds 22 frets.
The pickup is a Sandberg designed Powerbucker while the preamp is a Sandberg designed 2-band EQ with active/passive operation. Finally, the bass is finished in a redburst high gloss accented with black Sandberg hardware.
The Sandberg Electra M-4 is available now for $995.
