Seymour Duncan Unveils Lemmy Custom Shop Signature Pickups

If anyone has a signature sound, it’s Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead, and now he’s got a signature line of Custom Shop pickups from Seymour Duncan. Designed for use with Rickenbacker basses, the pickups were modeled after the ones on the bassist’s signature instrument and tweaked for more attack and punch.
The Seymour Duncan Lemmy Custom Shop pickup is available in Neck, Middle, and Bridge versions as well as complete sets. Other options include direct mount or traditional pickguard mounting, covered or open coils on the traditional mounting style, and gold or nickel covers.
The pickups are available for order now starting at $175 for single pickups.

direct mount
I suppose that you can mount it on the pick guard as well as directly into the pockets in the body.
